WHAT IS YORK FASHION WEEK?
York Fashion Week is the ultimate celebration of fashion in the gorgeous city of York. This is a powerful collective that comes together with a week of runways, workshops, installations and more.
We exist to offer a stage for our city's creative talent to showcase their work, but also to support and encourage the young designers and brands that are driving the industry forward.

NICKY HAYER
Director & Co-Founder
Nicky is a brand expert who works across fashion, luxury and retail to create an impact for guests and visitors. The original founder of YFW, Nicky now manages our creative teams and works as art director across the YFW events.
MARK BEWICK
Director & Co-Founder
An expert in brand and design in the luxury, retail and hospitality sectors, Mark is responsible for the growth of YFW and establishing its goals and objectives, in both the short-term and long-term.
BEA FRASER
Operations Manager
With a strong background in marketing, Bea joined the YFW team to increase our reach on social, and to help organise events taking place in the YFW calendar.
VICTORIA LOUISE
Head of Hair & Makeup
Victoria is a multi award winning make-up artist who has joined the team to look after the YFW Hair & MUA team across all YFW events.
JO LEATHAM
PR
Jo’s exceptional work as our PR Associate has led to client features across national and industry-leading publications. Her ability to understand the specific needs of the countrywide press, combined with her extensive expertise in marketing and communications, makes Jo the perfect person to tell the story of YFW.
DANIELE CURRO
Business Development
Daniele is key to YFW building relationships with local businesses who are looking to get involved in not only the events, but all of the exciting build up throughout the year too.
ANGELA HORNER
Co-Founder
Associate Director at Browns Department Store in York specifically delivering Sales and Customer Service training and working on enhancing the customer experience in the stores.
SONIA SCHOFIELD
Hair & Makeup
Sonia is a make-up artist with a passion for all things make-up, beauty and style. Based in North Yorkshire, Sonia travels all around the world and across the UK to work on weddings, TV shoots, editorials and fashion shows.
